Carmel Pelunsky is a globally experienced strategic advisor in talent, leadership and succession.
Most recently the People Director, Talent, Capability and Inclusion at an ASX top ten business, Carmel brings 20 years of experience leading the APAC region of a boutique global consultancy in talent and leadership. Prior to this, Carmel worked at a global strategy consultancy in their Johannesburg, London and Athens offices.
The combination of these experiences have enabled Carmel to work with organisations of all sizes, across industries and cultures, identifying, developing and engaging their talent, and developing leaders in the context of business strategies or investment theses.
Working independently, or with a select group of colleagues, Carmel partners with her clients to maximise the potential of the talent they have so they can make the best choices and investments for the future.
